Loan Amount equals the total specified on the signed HEAT Loan Authorization Form not to exceed $25,000. Minimum loan amount is $2,000. Customer must own & occupy 1-4 family property, live in Norfolk or Bristol Counties. Maximum loan term is five (5) years. Upon completion of work, the customer will notify the MassSave Vendor and schedule a post installation inspection.
